The Gpx file won't show up on my computer. It will
You need to set it to USB mode first and then you will see two disks in My Computer, the first will be named Tools, in this folder will be a file named setup. Make sure to run this so the computer has the drivers etc, to recognize your device.
I just bought a GPX
The power button (more like a slide) on the bottom right side will turn it on once it's ejected from the computer. Hold the slide in, and let go after a second or two. Give it a few seconds (like 10) and it should power on. I got mine as a gift and am still working through the interface.
How to put music
To copy music files onto your device:
- Connect your MP3 player to your computer using your USB cable. Switch your MP3 player to the MTP mode by pressing the power button located on the top of your player. When the USB symbol disappears your MP3 player is in the MTP mode.
- Opening your GPX audio player folder by clicking 'Start' on your computer.
- Click on 'Start'.
- Double Click on the 'GPX MTP Device' icon.
- Double Click on 'Removable Storage'. Minimize your 'Removable Storage' window.
- Open your 'My Music' folder by again clicking on 'Start' and then click on your 'My Music' folder. Choose an album or individual songs from this folder. With both your 'My Music' and 'GPX MTP Device Removable Storage' folder open. Drag an album or individual song from your 'My Music' folder into your 'Removable Storage' folder.

Your MP3 player is stuck in INTRO MODE. Play a song and hit the MODE button on the side of your MP3 player. Once you see options appear on the screen, select PLAY MODE and choose NORMAL. This should fix the problem.
