I find that .gif images and .jpg images work the best.

all you need to do is go to google and download a AMV video converter tool. once you do that put the video on the converter and start it. then click on My Computer, then click on GPX MTP Device> Removable Storage>. and then copy the video wherever the conveter saved it and then copy it. then paste it in the Music Folder on your mp3.
Ps. i am haveing a problem with charging it. i got videos on it but i cant charge it here is my problem...
The device requires Widows Media Player 10 or higher in order to load songs onto it. I suggest trying to find a download for it. Sorry I can't be of more help. :(
Connect your device and open Windows Media Player. At the top of the Media Player there's a button that says Sync, when you press it, a little picture of your device should show up in the right side panel. Then you just stroll through your library dragging what you want into the side panel. When your satisfied press START SYNC button at the bottom of the side panel.
Have you tried resetting your player? It's a last ditch effort, but I've done it when my player was acting up. On the back side there's a tiny hole with the word reset under it. Stick a pen tip in and hold that button down. It will delete the information on your player but it will also reset it as though it were brand new.
The way I figure it out is to just unhook it and look at the screen. Go into your music and look at the upper right corner. there's a rectangular battery looking thing. If it's a solid dark blue color, it's full.
When you've plugged your device into your computer go to MY COMPUTER on your desktop. Click on the GPX device. You can view, play and delete music, picture, and video files from there.
I've noticed alot of people are having this problem. For some reason or another the MP3 player puts intself into INTRO MODE. The player will play ten seconds of a song then move onto the next.
To fix this:
1. Play a Song
2. Press the button on the side of the player
3. Choose PLAY MODE
4. Choose NORMAL
I had this problem when I first got mine as well and I understand how frustrating it can be when you've spent hard earned money on something and things go wrong right off the bat. When it happened to me I wished there was someone out there with a clear answer as to how I could fix it. I hope I've been able to help you with your specific problem.
There is a RANDOM option. But I've found that it is restricted by folder. It's best used when you've moved all your music into one folder.
To turn this option on,
1. play a song
2. press the button on the side
3. select PLAY MODE
4. Choose RANDOM
Your Uncle's player is stuck in INTRO mode. To remedy this problem
1. Play a song
2. press the button on the side of the player
3. Select PLAY MODE
4. Choose NORMAL
I had this problem as well. The only real solution I've found is to open up MY COMPUTER and go into the device. From there you can transfer all the music into one folder.
There is a RANDOM setting on the player but it will only randomize the songs within the folder you are listening to.
To put the player on RANDOM play a song, and press the button on the side of the player, select PLAY MODE and choose RANDOM.
Hope this was helpful.
The problem is that your MP3 player has selected INTRO. This will play an introduction of every song in your folder. To FIX this simply 1. Play a Song 2. Press MODE (button on the side) 3. Select PLAY MODE 4. Select NORMAL
