That is the sound of a vacuum leak an easy way to find a vacuum leak is by placing a piece of hose close to your ear and move the other end close to the vacuum lines with the engine runing you should be hering where the whistle is coming from hope this come usefull and thanks

it is under load so it is not a vacuum leak as the vacuum is low under acceleration and high under deceleration or idle

Often a whistling sound, from the engine bay anyway, is the sign of a vacuum line that is leaking. Might want to check all the vacuum lines for cracks and such and make sure they are all connected.
