It could be the Third Brake Light assembly is bad, remove the assembly and have someone step on the brake and you can check to see if you are getting current to the contacts or wires.

If no power, replace the assembly.

SOURCE: How do I replace the

High-Mount Brake Light NOTE: Depending upon the vehicle, the center high-mount brake light may be accessed from outside the vehicle, through the trunk, or through the passenger compartment.

  1. Remove the center high-mount bracket light lens retaining screws.
  2. Remove the lens in order to get to the bulbs.
  3. Carefully pull the bulb away from its retaining clip contacts.
  4. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. Before installing the lens, make sure the brake light operates properly by having an assistant depress the brake pedal.

SOURCE: how can i replace the bulb for the center brake

The lense should unscrew from the outside , some bulbs are push and turn and some are wedge base which just pull out.
push and turn bulbs have a metal base but the wedge base are all glass.
I changed a high stop bulb on a 2001 odyssey in this manner.

SOURCE: HOW DO I REPLACE CENTER BRAKE LIGHT BULB

this is not a bulb u must replace the entire LED fixture, to do this remove the inside trim at rear around rear hatch opening, then you will need to drop the headliner down to access the retainers that hold the third brake fixture in, very easy job.

SOURCE: Brake light, reverse light and turn signal issues

Hello. The symptoms you are describing are likely due to a poor ground. Temporarily install a new ground wire by securing a piece of copper wire to the frame with a self tapping screw. Use this ground wire along with the hot wire to see if each of these lights works. If it does, trace the ground wire back to the frame, unscrew it and clean up the metal with emery cloth so you reestablish a good ground.
