You need a new flasher, should be on your fuse block, pull it out and get a new one.

Your hazard has its own flasher.

* Hazard flasher: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, passenger side of steering column, mounted in fuse block

Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 1992 oldsmobile cutlass cirea

SOMETIMES THE FLASHER IS IN THE FUSEBOX , SOMETIMES IT WILL BE UNDER THE DASH NEAR THE STEERING COLUMN. THERE ARE TWO FLASHERS ONE FOR TURN SIGNALS & ONE FOR HAZARD LIGHTS. THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER MAY BE YELLOW & ONE OF THE WIRES WILL BE PURPLE. YOU CAN TURN ON THE HAZARD SWITCH IF THEY WORK YOU CAN LOCATE THAT FLASHER BY THE CLICKING SOUND & ELIMINATE THAT FLASHER & LOOK FOR THE YELLOW PLASTIC ONE. A SMALL MIRRIO MAY BE HELPFUL UNDER THE DASH.

Turn signals dont work

For 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera 3.3L FI OHV 6cyl. you have two flasher units, one for Hazard Light and one for Turn Signal...

The hazard flasher is located in the convenience center, under the dash, on the left side kick panel. The turn signal flasher is installed in a clamp attached to the base of the steering column support inside the car. In all cases, replacement is made by unplugging the old unit and plugging in a new one.

Hope this help (remember comment and rated this help).

1994 cutlass ciera, turn signals not working,in or out car,but the emergency lights work.

Sounds like your turn signal relay has gone bad. Check your fuses first to make sure they are good then locate the relay under the dash above the column. May have to drop the lower panel to do this. The hazzards utilize a seperate relay which is why they still work.Good luck!

You changed the hazard flasher or the turn signal flasher? It has two, one for the hazard and one for the turn signals

My 2000 dodge durango turn signal lights stop working just recently. sometimes they would work and other times not, but now it just stoped.

A Mechanic told me my switch was broken, but the switch was working fine, the lights just stopped flashing. After some research and consulting with a male friend who knows more about this than I, we discovered it was only the turn signal flasher -- a $16.00 part. On the 2000 model, it's located under the dash, on a separate fuse panel I didn't even know was there. It's to the left of the steering column and right behind the main fuse box, but you can only get to it by going up under the dash. The green one is a little hard to get to, but that's the one for the hazard lights. Its easy to see with a good shop light. It's 1" by 1" ish. The turn signal flasher is below the green one. It's black and a little smaller, and much easier to get to. You simply unplug it and plug the new one in. Voila! There are other fuses on this panel -- I'm not sure what they go to, but I intend to find out so I don't waste money replacing parts I don't need to.
