usually power windows have a relay that sends current to the windows due to the high current flow that the switch can not handle.
So, the switch works through a fuse and when you activate the switch it sends power to the relay. The relay then closes and sends power to the window motor. Look for a relay either in the fuse panel or in the engine compartment fuse/relay ox. check owner manual for location.

have you checked the fuel pressure to see what it reads? or see if you're getting power to the spark plugs or the injectors?

Providing there is no trunk light, or glove box light or anything else that is staying on, the biggest culpret for draining batteries is the starter. Try replacing it with one from an auto wrecker, just in case it isn't the problem. Make sure there are no power cables or wires burnt or cracked somewhere that are draining the battery.

First crank engine for 1 minute then with engine off pump the throttle on the carbuator and look for fuel.If you don't see any fuel then replace fuel pump.If you see that you have fuel then pull crank sensor out and check for cracks.If you see cracks replace sensor and reset computer.
