Tried jumping power to fuse still cant get power to pump
The immobilizer feature, from the factory security system, if you hot wire it still nothing, check your wiring from the pump to the front, I suppose you can run a wire straight from the battery, bypassing the relay and fuse just to test the pump and narrowed it down the corporate, ECU(immobilizer), fuse, pump relay.see the immobilizer will cut fuel and injectors off.

quick fix is set a live from egnition to a fuse carage that will hold correct ampage fuse then other side of fuse carrage to fuel pump then other side of pump to earth ie body pannel this will power up fuel pump
If the main fuel pump doesn't begin running when jumped (you should definitely hear it humming), you either have a faulty fuel pump or faulty wiring to the pump (bad wiring is really common under an old 240, near the pump). This test of course assumes your battery is good.
If one of the fuses blows during this test, the pump circuit wiring is shorting to ground somewhere between the fuse panel and the pump.

Check the harness that connects to the gas-tank.
One can check there for power but is only for a split second when the key is turned on. Do not run direct 12 volts to fuel pump for very long if at all. Check your wiring to your ECM (Computer) for rubbing against the body near where it connects to the computer typically 2 big connectors, check these wires carefully for bulges or weaknesses. Test your crank positioning sensor - all sensors have a specific resistance (ohms).
Give the gas tank a whack with a base ball bat as someone turns the key to "On" several times, to dislodge any bits of corrosion from the fuel pump in the event the tank ran dry and sucked up bits of rust.
If this were in the dead of winter water may have gotten in the pump and froze, put gasline antifreeze or warm gas in tank, I have taken a burner from an electric stove, plugged it into an extension cord and placed the buner under the tank on the ground and in 20 minutes she was toasty warm and started right up.

OOps, this could be a security issue or ignition problem, or a fuseable link, or perhaps a wire under the power control center (the box under hood that holds all the fuses and relays.).
Could even be as simple as a broken ground wire from the body to the engine or battery to the body. Without an obdii tester and some testing and looking around for broken wires this may be difficult to resolve.
