turn off the key (wrong)
or turn off the wiper switch (good0
or both, not told.'
here it is,
as you can see , it all loses power key off, as in ALL DEAD.
BUT IF YOU TURN just THE WIPER TO OFF. AT ITS SWITCH
IT MUST TURN OFF. AND AUTO PARK (switch not bad)
THAT MAGIC HAPPENS BY THE YELLOW WIRE BELOW RIGHT SIDE.
so yellow wire busted.(mice eat it, IDK)
or wiper guts bad( the internal so called PULSE board)
marked control logic below.

Some fixya user told me a website reliable-store it is very good.. I used it to repair my shredder it had some spark issue which wasn't easily fixed. you can go there and try
You checked the fuel pump relay in the engine compartment fuse / relay box ? The fuse that powers the fuel pump ? ECM B fuse 20amp - engine compartment fuse panel . Is the PCM turning on the fuel pump relay ? Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuits using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter an a wiring diagram ?
GM Fuel Pump Relay Testing
Yes i would say it is a selonoid in the trans or a bad electrical connection. Get under it and pull the electrical plug off trans. If it looks corroded clean it with electrical contact cleaner. Be Very Careful when hooking it back up.Do Not force connection back together or you will bend pins.
What kind of feed back ? Does it get louder with RPM . Ignition system can also cause this . But just to be sure have the alternator check for ac voltage ripple .
Ripple voltage is when the DC voltage varies between (for example)12.5 Volts and 13.5 Volts, and does so rapidly. Technically, an alternator produces "alternating current", (hence the name, 'Alternator') and that AC voltage is converted to DC by running the current through a bank of "diodes". Alternator Diode Check and AC Ripple Check
Check to make sure your battery terminals are tight. You will be amazed how many problems start there. You can also remove both connectors and and clean the terminals very well. Get some dielectric grease from the auto parts store to help prevent oxidation which will also cause problems.
It is held on with nuts... just get under it and look... its not hard..or complicated...just do not remove the last two nuts or the bumper will fall when you least expect it to..(SAFETY).. it WILL cut you bad if it falls on you.. get a friend or remove carefully...
The charging system on your vehicle is controlled by the PCM powertrain control module . The PCM will send a message to the instument cluster on the class 2 serial data network to turn on the charging light if it see's or think;s there is a problem with the charging system . Should have a code stored . Have autozone check for codes.
The underhood fuse panel is marked and the fuel pump relay is there as well and they fail as the pumps fail tooand they need to be replaced if the pump does any way. The ground wire for the pump is sometomes overlooked when putting the tank back in as its on the top of the frame rail on the drivers side nearthe tank. It can be dirty too. Lesten for the pump running by having someone cycle the key with your ear against the tank it should come on and shut off a few seconds later. if its working. some can be put in wight the wires backwards and they run backwards but make no presure. Chaek for fuel pressure at the fuel rail. and many pump failures are because the filer is stopped up or theres somthing other than gas in the tank water) ( sugar ) some new pumps don't make enought pressure. Below 50 Lbs. it won't start. Adding gas or even carb spray to the air inlet may get it stasrted. The air in the system may get out then and it'll be OK. Sometimes the battery will be too low to turn the pump on but the engine will still crank
Most likely not in the cab. Check the harness on the neutral start switch on the transmission. That is what turns on the lights when you shift into reverse.
