First with the L/F window lowered, remove the door trim. Before disconnecting window switch, raise the window all the way up . Now, look inside the door to where the lock cylinder is. You need to unclip the attached linkage to the lock cylinder. Remove "C" clip, ( careful you don't damage outer door panel ) securing cylinder to door and remove lock.

Look at the lock cylinder with door panel off. You will see a spring metal clip shaped like a "C" slid tightlyacross the lock. This what is holding it onto the door. Without it, the lock can pull right out from the outside.

You will have to remove the lock from inside the door panel.
Open the door and the panel should be secured with a combination of push type locks which you basically have to pry apart and any screws you may find for door pulls, armrests etc. First, remove any screws that you think may be holding the panel on, then start at the outside bottom of your door and try to gently pull the panel off. You will find that its fixed in certain spots. Then take a wide blade regular screwdriver and pry next to the push pins and they should release with a little effort.
With the panel off you should notice a piece of plastic covering the door...remove this carefully as to not tear it for replacement... that plastic is what keeps the outside air from coming through your door. With plastic off you should be able to access your lock from the inside.
TIP: take your new lock and old key to a locksmith before installing. For a small fee, he can rekey the lock to work with your original key.

The fuse box diagram above says you have a drivers side relay and passenger side relay. If that is correct you might try change the two relay. If the passenger side does not work after that you know the relay is bad. If the two relay are the same. It also show a relay for all the doors.

Drivers side door closed and will not open.

Remove inner door latch and try operating the rod manually (vice grips). If locked, spray everything inside the door with WD-40 or the like and try operating the lock.

How do I remove the driver side door panel on a 1986 pontiac parisienne broughham

You need special tools to remove the door panel without permanently damaging the panel. you can get them at any auto parts store. The armrest has screws that have to be removed. Pull up on the panel with all the buttons on it while prying on it with a flat blade screw driver. You'll find more screws to take out there. Now for the special tools. Use them to locate and to pry up on the door panel. the tool releases the metal or plastic fasteners without ruining the door panel.

1996 BMW 740 il the front passanger side door is closed, lock broke and don't know how to get panel off,

If you can't get the door open then you can't get the panel off its as simple as that, there are screws under the door card that need to be removed to gain access to the inner door workings, without getting the door open you would have to remove the wing to gain access to the hinge bolts & remove the whole door from the vehicle, then you may still have problems with the door having its mechanism locked around the door frames pin or loop

Power windows and door locks do not work, At first they intermittently stopped working and now they don't work at all. The fuses appear to be okay. Could the circuit breaker be faulty? How do I change...

this generation Camry has a known issue with the harness that goes through the driver side door (from under the dash to the door) getting damaged over years of door opening/closing-I went thought this recently and found many broken wires in that harness, you need to remove the door panel and check the wiring in the sheath for breaks-some are hard to find as the insulation may still be intact, I did price that harness at a local toyota dealership and it is $115, so I ended up using a digital meter set to continuity to find the breaks, and I spliced and sodered the damaged wires. ime consuming, but it worked.

Lock barrell on the drivers side is broken

you'll need to remove your door panel (screws are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door) and pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything.

I'm not sure what you mean by lock barrell.. I'm guessing the cylinder which you'll just have to bolt back onto the door.. you may need to find a specific bolt though....

Front Driver Side Door Panel

look for any screws near the door handle might be kind of hidden or covered by a removable plastic cover . also start at the bottom corner with a good flat blade screw driver and pry the clips loose starting on bottom corner and across then up .. if all screws are out near door handle you should be able to lift up on the door panel and remove it unless there is a screw in say the window crank if its manuel. electric windows and door locks has a plugin in back you can unplug also to take the whole thing off. thanks Jerry holler if you need more.
