When sitting still @ norm. operating temp, Heat blows cold air front and rear. At around 35 to 40 mph, the heat will blow warm to hot air. Slower than 35 and it goes back to blowing cold air until you speed back up.

Hi:
One thing to consider is your thermostat and water pump. If somehow, your thermostat is stuck open, your engine won't get up to temperature. Also, a bad waterpump won't move coolant thru the heater core. Both of these situations should show up on your engine temperature, making it hot or cold...but sometimes they don't show up if your driving pattern doesn't tax the engine..My daughter's car had a bad electric cooling fan , and never was a problem, unless she was stuck in traffic...

did you check the fluid level by removing the rad. cap? Radiator should be full to top. If Chryslers are low on coolant, the heater will not blow warm air.

u will need to repair the passenger side air temp control blend door, either the door is stuck or the small electric actuator that moves it is defective.

Have you checked the coolant level? If it's low, it will result in diminished heat, and could be the problem.

low coolant level can cause this condition, when the engine is cold, check your coolant level. if it is full you may have a bad head gasket, have that checked by your favorite repair shop

Thanks Stephen. I saw that on some of the older posts. Will check that tomorrow.
