I am having problems with the taillights and the entire instrument cluster not working. There is no juice going to the fuse box under the dash (fuse #7).
Go to autzone dot com and make a free account then put in the make and model and use the free repair guides, that shows the electrical diagrams etx.

do you need the one for inside the car or the fuse and relay center under hood? if still need i will write em dwn and make 1 in excel if it helps

the diaghram for the fuses will be on the back of the fusebox lid that you have removed and will tell you which fuse is for what

have you got a dimmer switch on your model to dim the dash lights. if you have it may be faulty. link the cables together if the lights work the switch is faulty. if you have not got a dimmer switch
your printed circuit on the back of the dash may be faulty or the plug in the back of the dash is not pushed all the way in. hope this helps

It may not be a bulb, as the instrument cluster usually has a number of bulbs and they probably didn't all blow at once. Pulling instrument clusters can be touchy and may not be for the average "shadetree mechanic" however, typically there are a few screws above the cluster going into the dash pad and a few hidden behind the trim panels below the cluster.
