Question about Cars & Trucks
Before putting pcm,I know that the battery has to be disconnected and the pcm fuse needs to be off.when I put the pcm on I should put the possitive cable of the battery on and leave the negative off,Then connect the pcm,Then put the negative battery cable on so the pcm resets its self. After that put the pcm fuse on,I dont want to damage the pcm.So how I should go about this. Thank you.
Right. Just like you said should work. Connect pcm, then the battery.

The ETS light is for the electronic traction control. There should be a button around or near the shift lever to turn this on or off.You might have pushed it incidentally. If it does not go out when you push it then you will have to get the codes from the traction control module. This will help to find the problem.Let me know what you find.Good luck.
