I would have the security system scanned.

get a chilton book just did mine not a 4x4 but was easy

try unplugging the crank sensor switch and cleaning it out with break cleaner or an air compresor

sounds like it might be a grounding power wire somewhere in that circuit.

Have you looked at your anti lock braking system. It will give a pulsation when it is in use. You may have a problem with it and it is coming on prematurely. Listen when your truck is doing this and you should hear the humming of the antilock system if it is on. Otherwise i would ckeck your ball joints and tie rod ends for wear as this can cause a vibration back thru your braking system as well

Odds are the problem is in your headlight switch,the plug or the switch over heats and loses connection.

They were the only place I could find that had the files, but I didn't download since I don't currently have the software to view .rar files, and didn't care to download it (also free).

for 2003, F2-111 is for the transfer case low to high relay and high to low relay.
