Starter fuse
Not a fuse when a fuse is bad there is no intermittent function at all most likely a bad relay either starter or ignition unfortunately relays cannot be tested you just have to replace them and see if it fixes the problem relays are located in fuse boxes. If replacing the relays doesn't work then the starter solenoid is bad. Be sure to check all battery wires for tightness or corrosion, mainly the ground (black wire) there should be a ground to the body from the battery and the engine block good luck hope this helps

Car sometimes wont start
Try starting it with the shift lever in neutral, if it starts, the transmission switch is bad (automatics), or with the key to start position move the shift lever thru the range of gears. If a stick shift and the clutch pedal must be pressed down, the clutch switch may be going out if intermittent starts

No fuel getting to injecdtors
2 things to check. Do a fuel pressure check. It will tell you if the pump is working. Take off the fuel cap and have another turn the key to the on position, but not start. You should be able to hear a humming sound coming from the pump. If you hear this, start by changing the fuel filter. If you do not hear the humming sound at the cap, time to replace the fuel pump.

V6 WATER IN ENGINE OIL
My first kneejerk guess would be that you have a blown head gasket. Cross-contamination of the oil and coolant is the clue here. If the engine has ever overheated (Temp light comes on) then that would be the likely cause. Expensive repair unless you're mechanically inclined
