Blue smoke from my cherokee at 210 degrees
Hi there:
I suspect it is a exhaust valve guide problem. When an exhaust guide is loose in the engine or leaking oil, the oil never enters the combustion chamber. Oil drops through the guide and into the exhaust port of the head. The exhaust stream then carries the unburnded oil out to the exhaust. As the exhaust system warms up, the oil then burns off and leaves as blue smoke. Remove the valve cover and take a flashlight and closely look at all the valve seals and guides, especially the exhaust guides and seals.Check HERE for additional generic descriptions.Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

A/c wont kick on
freon is probably low.. once freon level is to low the ac will not run to avoid damaging the ac compressor. you can try to add your own but it never works as well as having a recycle /recovery machine take care of it for as it will remove any air built up in the system..

A 30amp fuse keeps blowing. the engine turns over
Which 30amp fuse? Check your fuse panel cover for info on which fuse or your manual in the fuse section.... Start there as it could be 100 different things why this is happening so we need to start with the first obvious sign (the fuse blowing) and it will lead us to something. When did it start and has anything happened before this started, accident, damage, replaced radio anyting other then driving the car?

Jeep doesn't start. Turn key, hear slight click in
clean all connections very good ( batt post connectors, gound wire from batt to frame/motor, also clean starter connections, and alternator connections) I know pep boys checked but you cannot properly check a battery unless it has a full charge!!!!! If it wont accept a full charge then batt is bad, If it charges to a full charge and fails a draw test the batt is bad. also when a draw test is done you can have the charging system checked also to make sure batt is recieving the proper charge input. all inexpensive checks, get it running and take it to a garage, 3 min test usually not even a charge most of the time. NOT A DEALER, and have them show you what they are doing. if you are a female have a male friend go with you or have it done. I dont care what anybody says!!!!!! When it comes to a inexperienced female, the DEALERSHIP,the REPAIR GARAGES will all try to get some kind of MONEY out of you before you leave their place of business.

1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport bogs down
I just posted a simular resonse in another post. What is sounds like it that the fuel pump is starting to go bad. When it heats up after use the pressure drops not pusing the full amount of fuel. Whenits cold it works fine until it heats back up 10-20 mins. remember fuel in the tank helps cool the pump so keep it soewhat full but sounds like the damage is done. your probally gonna have to replace it.
