sounds like an issue with the regulator and or track.

Please explain.You can't add freon ?The freon won't stay in the system ?You know the engine and the compressor has to be running to add freon, right ?

I would have the computer scanned for trouble codes first. The codes will point you in the direction of the problem to troubleshoot.

The air cond and the lights would be on different circuits. Have you checked the fuses and see if they have power for those circuits ?

well, rain and snow is water, so it could be water is getting into something preventing the car from starting. maybe you have loose wires under your wiper grill at the bottom of your windscreen and the rain is shorting the electrics out, or even your doors could be letting rain inside shorting the electrics as your speakers terminals are not really protected with anything just a plastic clip. and of course electric mirrors if you have them?common sence says to me you have a leak somewhere by you saying when it rains or snows. check all the roof, sun roof, door paneling, under the bonnet, boot door, all the elctrics you can get access to, and look for wet patches or puddles, if you see any near any buttons, wires etc you can be sure your electrics are shorting out. dont know if it helps but hope its somewhat helpful to you

Sounds like the transmission is trashed to me. You might try flushing the transmission fluid a couple times to see if that can help the problem (I would have it done with an actual transmission flush machine)Other than that, all I can say is DIG DEEP my friend!

you can remove and cleanit w/ carb. cleaner but i doubt thats the prob. i would clean the throttle body and the maf sensor 1st

It can be a number of things the most common is the anti rattle plate in the calliper is missing or sometimes the pad is sightly to big & people grind the pad to fit in the anti rattle plate. 2 loose brake calliper or badly worn caliper slide. 3 loose driveshaft centre nut. (hope this helps)

Sounds like the brake band (for reverse) is slipping (not holding). You'll need someone with test gear and the requisite tools to adjust the band - assuming it's got adjustment left. Otherwise you'll need a box overhaul or a new box!

Brake warning light can come on for several reasons. 1st check all your brake lights work. If not get them working. 2 Check brake fluid level in master cylinder as some vehicles have a sensor in there for low fluid. or the switch located under the park brake lever may need replacement or a modification by someone who knows what to do.

P1404 is EGR valve stuck open. Probably need to replace your electric EGR valve. First, I would remove it and clean the carbon out of it before replacing this expensive part.

being a 2002 it does have a body control module ,BCM and it needs a key pog or key remote system to turn it on and off ,you need to take your chassis number off to a dealer and get a new remote

I am having the same problem with my car and I have no idea what to do my check engine light would flash and go away when I would pull through gears now it is stuck on but when I shift it blinks sometimes the tranny was just replaces a couple months ago..

I would start with your spark plugs and coil boots, have you ever had them changed do u have a check eng, light is it flashing?

If you mean the filter, according to auto zone online, the filter is mounted on top of the gas tank.
