having not seen it it's hard to say be that as it may they do start to fail from age. examine the engine for oil leaks. and perhaps let me know the colour of the fluids that are leaking. you can buy an additive that basically "swells" the rubber seal for the power steering and that often works. if you are planning on trading in the car soon this may be an alternative to the one repair.

The Body of the Mirror looks the same to me, but there could be minor internal subtle changes. Best thing to do is take yours off and compare it to the new one ,or if you are buyimg it online, ask if there is a Return Policy. Call up a local Lexus Salvage Yard and ask them if they are interchangeable.
How can I diagnose a clunking noise in the front
Definitely have the front end and brakes checked out at a place like Sears where the diagnostic is a no charge deal.
They may be able to detect what parts are obviously loose while it's on a lift.
I would not let this go very long.
The price might be high to fix this on a Lexus compared to a Chevy, but I think that it's worth investigating.
Where did you have the control arm bushings replaced?
Window won't roll down, powersteering doesnt work,
Hopefully all you blew was some fuses. Need to check all fuses under dash & in relay/fuse box underhood. Easiest way, hook up test light to ground & test across all fuses. If blown 1 side of fuse will get power, but not the other side.

98 lexus gs 400 brakes real squishy but not always???
Hi and welcome to FixYa. I am Kelly
It certainly is the master cyclinder that has failed. The piston seals are passing fluid by them and your feeling a mushy pedal or having to "pump" them to get the brakes to work.
A word to the wise once this symptom appears the day will come when you hit the brake and nothing will happen. (i.e an accident waiting to happen)
PLEASE do not ignore the need to get it fixed for you own personal safety.
On a purchase parts note: There is nothing wrong with getting a rebuilt master cylinder to replace the one in your car. (NAPA / Autozone)
Thanks for using FixYa! If you need further assistance just post here.

I need to know how
this should be the correct routing for that belt
the tension looks like this
replacement is not too difficult. usually the bolt in the center turns opposite to how you normally loosen bolts. to remove the hole tension should be straightforward as you will see the bolts

Had code 0430 on Lexus with bad exhaust pipe.
Sounds like your fuel pump or fuel injector has a problem. You may have a vacuum leak also. Make sure that your battery posts are tight especially your ground wire to your battery . Also check your fuel filter because that could stop gas from getting to your engine.
