Sounds like the brake wheel cylinder is leaking check the master cylinder and it will low or empty.

Yes, I think it has one. If the question is how to replace, its a simple r+r, but then you must bleed the rack with weight off the front wheels.

I have a '96 Concorde Lxi. When that happened to me, it turned out to be the ignition switch. By the way, replacing that switch also fixed another problem that nobody (including the dealer) could figure out - the sudden and unexpected downshift at cruising speeds. Real scary!

I would buy the concorde IMO.

First step-----45ft pound Second step-----65ft pound Third step--------65ft pound Fourth step-------another 1/4 turn

The filter is right under the rear passanger door. A simple job. Easy clip type fuel line retainers, one you squeeze together and it pops off, the other you have to push towards the fuel line and then pull the filter out.

I personaly would replace the sensor

a bad timing belt cause engine run poorly lack of power hard starting.

if no codes showing up sound like fuel pump failing or you have restricted fuel filter or fuel contaminated check on intake for vacuum hose leaks.

What testing did you do, to find the voltage was low,to the starter solenoid, I assume?Have to have a wiring diagram & do voltage droptesting of the circuit you suspect to be a problem

Try checking the electrical connection on top of the sender unit that houses the fuel pump
