My 1988 Mustang 2.3 liter just put new timing belt with new coil does it have to have the spout connector plug that hangs from the distributor?

Yes, the spout connector needs to be in place. It controls the timing advance electronically of the motor based on the RPM. This is why you remove it when you are originally setting the timing, and also why you need to reinstall it after.

1968 ford mustang c-4 aluminum trans oil pan bolt torq

I would do 10 ft.lbs. or 120 inch lbs. with blue Loctite on the bolts. I can't imagine needing more than 10-15 ft/lbs. of torque. You want to tighten it and make sure the gasket doesn't squish out very much. You tighten all bolts in a pattern like an X opposite and progressively tighter each round. don-ohio (:^)

WHERE IS THE BCM FOR A 2005 Mustang V6 LOCATED AT?

Under the dash. Find the fuse panel, you found the BCM. Called GEM on Ford's. If the fuses are on the side of the dash, you still have to pull it from the bottom. Some of these are year specific and they do have to be programmed to the car.

1999 6 cyl. Where Is The evap canister vent solenoid located?

The canister is located under the rear driver's side bumper, behind the rear wheel, above the exhaust pipe, next to the fuel tank. The Canister Vent Solenoid is mounted on the canister toward the rear of the car. The Canister Purge Solenoid is mounted in the front passenger side wheel-well, under the large protective plastic above the tire. The system is connected to the intake manifold on the passenger side just on the engine side of the throttle body. The service port is on the passenger side next to the A/C condenser. Trying to figure out where

I'm guessing you're looking at the panel in the engine compartment because the fuse panel inside the vehicle doesn't have any relays in it. I didn't see and relay for a fan but there was a fuse I believe. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you son't and would like a copy, you can email me at [email protected] with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. I hope this help and good kuck.

Book labor time for auto repairs on a 1967 mustang

This is not a complete job. You must also replace all rubber brake hoses and all metal lines on a car so old. This is major work if done properly. You can order stainless steel lines already bent and correct length, or you can make your own by cutting and flaring parts store lines to fit. I would charge at least as much as retail cost of parts for labor--perhaps more. Job could take several days.

Where is the fuse located for power seat in 97 ford mustang gt

Most power seats use circuit breakers rather than fuses. These are small rectangular metal cans often in the main fuse block, but on some cars are under the seat with the relays. Get a shop manual.
