Ford freestar 2006, cylinder 6 code po301 cylinder 1 misfire
Standing on the passenger side.looking at the engine. Number 1 is the first cylinder on your left. Follow the wire to the coil. unplug it at the coil, lay the end of the plug close to the tip of the cap and start the engine. If there isn't multiple sparks, replace the coil. If there is , replace the plug and or wire. If you still have a misfire after that, do a compression test on number 1 cylinder.

Code PO301, cylinder 1 misfire
can be a plug misfiring or bad coil over plug or plug boot. can also be an injector problem for that cylinder, or even a compression problem.

Where is the fuse that locks/unlocks doors in 2006 ford freestar
The smart junction box - a electronic control module controls the door locks . There is not a single fuse just for the door locks , there are fuse's that power up the SJB but not just for the door locks ! There are relays incorporated into the SJB for door lock open an close control ,there are not replaceable .

Where is the fuse for locking/unlocking the doors
Your problem is not a fuse , your door locks are controlled by the smart junction box ! There are relays in the smart junction for door open an close control , these relays are non - serviceable ! And if your replace the ( SMJ ) it needs programming !

How can I troubleshoot/resolve engine knock?
Sorry but you have a bad piston rod bearing or main bearing ! You won't have any indicators lit on the dash as this is a engine mechanical fault ! EGR - Knock sensor has nothing to do with this ! Take it to a shop an they will tell you the same thing .

Step on gas engine stalls
-Possibly Air flow sensor is dirty and or the TSP is malfunction. First clean the air sensor, if it still not improve then test the TPS. If it's not with in its specification then replace it.
Good Luck

My radio has an aux button, but no aux jack, is one hidden somewhere for use in different model style, ie sle, lx
if you have aux button there is a plug wire that mite be in the dash of the car, you could go to the radio manufacture website see if you can find the users manual, or installation guide, operational manual, the aux mite be a wifi option on other device of similar radio, that radio may have many versions and the version you got does not have that option with the cheaper version of radio that was installed when the car was made.
go to manufactures website, service, make, model,
it may need drivers to run the aux.

Battery keeps dying slowly. Is there a solution that I haven't tried yet? Could it be a fuse?
Yes, the buzz is probably a power draw. From the fuse list it appears that there may be more than one audio fuse. Also it looks like the power mirrors are on the same circuit as the running lights which are not ignition switch controlled. You should try pulling fuses one at a time until the buzz goes away; if that doesn't help, try the relays one at a time. The battery drain issue often overlooked is the alternator which is connected all of the time, a faulty diode in the alternator can drain the battery even with all of the fuses out.
If you are handy with electrical circuits, you might want to invest in a factory wiring diagram book like the one in the link, but search ebay for a better deal.

2005 ford freestar incorrect thermometer
Probably the outside sensor. Very easy to replace, but not visible unless you look for it.
It is near the passenger side fog light inside the air dammm on top.
About $20.00 from most any parts store. Simply unplugs and pulls out. This can also mess with the A/C and Heat.
