I got this free Pdf manual from reliable-store. com for free and I don't think Ive visited a mechanic or fixya for help for more than 3-4 times out of the 20 times I fixed the chipper in these 4 years

The firing order should be, 1 4 2 5 3 6.
Ford numbers their cylinders in numerical order.
Passenger side bank, front to back, 1 2 3
Driver side bank, front to back, 4 5 6.

I'm assuming all of the brake lights are on? If so there is a brake light switch located way up under the dash that hits on the arm for your brake pedal. If this is not "closed" when the pedal is up (not depressed), your brake lights will stay on. It is adjustable.

As the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor also operates using vacuum you can unplug the small vacuum line and use a handheld brake type vacuum pump. Just make sure to plug the line you removed.
I forget exactly the values you should see, but at the least you should see some changes when increasing or decreasing vacuum.

Look in ur 2004 freestar book and find the fuse it should be #9 (PATS FUSE)under the driver dash. Take the fuse out the lil red light on dash will not light anymore and ur van will start and keep the fuse out.

Open electrical circuit , blown fuse's , wiper motor being bad , radio bad .Viewing wiring diagrams to see what all is involved in making these thing's work would be a good place to start . Do you know what an automotive wiring diagrams is ? An would you know how to test automotive electrical circuits with a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? If you trace the three red leads connected to the + battery post, you will find that one has an inline 8-gauge fusible link. The link connects to the B+ terminal of the generator.

could be a low coolant level sensor so check coolant level at the tank or radiator cap
