Looking for Rochester Quadrajet float
To find the exact specs you need the carb ID number. It should be stamped on the side of the float bowl. It is an 8 digit number and should start with 1708.
I have books that will give me the float setting but I need that number. If it starts with some other numbers that's okay, it just means it's not the original carb but I still need that number. Just comment back on this post. Hope this helps.

could be the pickup coil in the distributor they go bad fairly often
pickup coil resistance should be 500 to 1500 ohms between the two leads.also move vac advance plate ohms should not change.there should be infinite ohms [no continuety] between either of the leads and ground

No forward movement in OD or D, but L2, L1 and R work: Forward sprag is broken. R&R. Try not to run or drive the car or further damage could result.

The wiper motor has a place for a plug in and the wires should be in a plug that fits it, if you just have loose wires, then someone has cut the plug off and you'll need to replace it.

Do a web search for articles as this is a very popular swap . The power steering box should bolt right in if you can locate one. then you would have to mount a power steering pump and run the lines .

On most early U.S. cars the horn button only provides a ground for the horn relay , which is located on the firewall under the master cylinder , if you can gain access to the back side of the horn button I would ground the wire to see if your horn honks . If not check for power at the horn relay . I would invest in an assembly manual/ service manual from any of the many camaro restoration companies as it could provide insight on future problems

If you were running a dual plane intake I would say it woulkd be on the small side. I you are running a single plane intake it should be plenty on the street . Proper tuning will also be essential to a happy running motor. Do a web search for articles on tuning tips on the carter/eldebrock designed carbs .

Try stopping at the Parts Department at your local Chevrolet dealer. You will have to bring proof of ownership (car title w/VIN and your ID) and they should be able to cut it for you right there (for a charge, of course).
Coolant comming out of tail pipes when engine is
New head gasket gasket needed would be my first guesses. Sounds like vacuum from the intake stroke is sucking coolant around the gasket from the block on the intake stroke. How does the oil look?
