Have a 2004 Chevy s10 ZR-2. When you turn truck
This is actually a timed circuit but I don't have the exact location of the relay that controls it. Normally it would be a relay located on or near the interior fuse panel or one in the power distribution box under the hood. It should actually only keep the power on for about 5 min and is meant to save fuel and keep you from running your battery down at the same time. Now as far as what could be the problem, I would look at the relay and the door dome light activators. If one of those is shorted then it will short that as well. They control the power to the dome light also if the light switch is locked in the always on position or always off, controlling the dimming of the dash lights, it will effect the working of that circuit.
How do you get the 02 sensors out?
Unplug them and then use an open end wrench and they just come off like a bolt would. You might want to spray some penetrating fluid or wd40 to make it easier
CHECK ENG INE LITE STAYS
Check the harness. There should be 5 volts at one lead and ground at the other. I find that the wire at the plug will break or not have a good connection where the wire touches the lead inside the plug. Also when your checking the plug and if it has the voltage and ground, wiggle it and see if you lose one. And it is always possible that you purchased a bad sensor. this happens.

The Lo is working properly by requiring to put it in neutral but are you sure the front wheels spin? I would first check the 4wd actuator on the front diff & make sure thats working. You will need 2 people for this. One laying under the diff & watching/listening and the other pushing the buttons

If you go to a reliable auto center, always have them install lifetime warranty parts. The auto center takes care of the labor and part if something goes bad in the warranty time.
I would check back with them and ask them.
You always want to have at least 1/4 of a tank of gas in your car, because it is the fuel that keeps the pump cool, and will last much longer.
I have a 2004 chevy s10 4x4 zr5 and it seems like
the other trick the gas companies play on us is they add alot of alcohol to the fuel to help it not to freeze...unfortuneatly we get no mileage from that alcohol. but we do pay for it.... soooooo in essence ya car getting same mpg as it was...sort of.... just less burnable fuel for you.......
Wheel wont come off
no! it must be corroded to hub, try ramming another tire into edge of it, use spare tire if possible.you can always use a sledge hammer ,but hit the inside of the tire not the rim or you might damage it.
How how do I know if my the fuel pump has gone bad
spray quick start. If it starts you know you have a fuel issue. If it doesnt start you have an ignition issue. If you have no fuel pressure or ignition spark then most likely its a crank sensor issue. If you have a timing light that can show low RPM values then cranking you should have 100 to 200 rpm and the light should flicker. If no flicker then you have some sort of ignition issue.
