You did it like this ? Programming -Keyless Entry Remote Transmitter NOTE: All keyless entry remote transmitters (15K601) must be programmed at the same time. NOTE: All previous transmitter identification codes (TIC's) will be erased when programming mode is entered. NOTE: To program (or reprogram) the keyless entry remote transmitters into the generic electronic module (GEM)(14B204), perform the following steps.

1. Turn the ignition from OFF to RUN eight times within 10 seconds, ending in RUN. If the GEM has successfully entered program mode, it will lock and unlock all the doors.

1. NOTE: The first TIC must be entered within 7.5 seconds of entering the program mode and additional TICs must be entered within 7.5 seconds of the first TIC. The programming mode is exited whenever the timing constraints are not met. Press any button on a keyless entry remote transmitter, and the doors will lock and then unlock to confirm that each keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed.

1. If the door locks do not respond for any keyless entry remote transmitter, wait for several seconds and press the button again.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, or wait up to five minutes after step 1, to exit program mode. If a keyless entry remote transmitter has been programmed (or reprogrammed), the GEM will lock and unlock all the doors one last time.

The fuse doesn't blow till you turn on the light switch? If it blows before turning on light switch, look for a short to ground between fuse box and light switch. If it blows after turning on light switch, I believe they make a short finder tool.

Fuel or spark issues can cause this . Transmission lockup clutch can make a chugging sensation . When in overdrive lightly touch the brake while keeping a steady throttle and see if the chugging stops . Post back .

It can not crank and not turn over at the same time if it does not crank it wont turn over so which is it?

There is a diagnostic procedure in the factory service repair manual for engine light lit ,no codes . Did you take it to ford dealer ? MIL - is referring to check engine , service engine soon etc...

SERVICE ENGINE SOON indicator After the engine is started, the SERVICE ENGINE SOON indicator will prove out for a duration of three seconds. Does occur in certain conditions? Like when the Air Conditioning is on? Check the a/c compressor if so.

Check to make sure you have power to starter with multimeter at starter. If there is, replace starter. If not, trace ignition circuit back from starter.

The window motor must also be able to "go both ways".. check it..

disconnect the egy tube ftom the intake manifold/throttle body. clean the upening on yhrottle body and yube with either carburator or brake cleaner and a wire brush. Pretty simple, really nothing to it.

Look in your owners manual under fuses from back of manual.

Is the floor also wet under the dash? This could be a lot of things why your car is running hot. Could be a head gasket, cracked cylinder head or block, stopped or restricted radiator, water pump impeller faulty with broken vanes, stopped up heater core, cracked water jacket and or a leaking intake manifold gasket. So as I stated could be a slew of causes. You'll have to actually diagnose the cause by checking from the easiest cause to the hardest.
