You say you checked all of the wiring. Each window is powered by a motor in that door. Each switch is independent of the others.Did you check for power and ground at the driver's switch ?

You are missing either fuel or spark- you'll have to check which one it is.

Use a multimeter to trace the voltage from the positive of the battery to the switch and then when switched to the solenoid. If the voltage is absent then the main switch is faulty. If present solenoid must click or is faulty. If it click but the starter does not engage then the starter motor is faulty, could be wearing of the brush or commutator. Remove and service or replace.

The most common leak would be the water pump. Before you replace anything have the cooling system pressure tested by a shop to determine for sure the pump is the problem, replacing it and still having the leak would be an expensive mistake. Have the pressure test run, any shop can do or any radiator repair shop can do it, fairly cheap thing to have done.

very thin pipes possibly that can happen over time. you don't have obdII on a 94 and i don't think you'll get a code for a check engine light on obdI systems. you probably have a bad catalytic converter it is designed to heat your exhaust before it is expelled from the car to burn off some of the pollution. any chance it is making a terrible smell is it?

no,15 mil.wrench to release the tensioner ,the bolt is left hand thread,so it won't unscrew when you release the tension on the belt.If there is no diagram on the rad. support of the belt routing you may want to draw a "map " of the belt routing just to be safe.
