1993 dodge spirit heater fuse
The heater is NOT actuated by a fuse, the fan is. ]But if the fan blows, the electrical part is OK, then it must be the heater door that switches from the cold air to the hot one, or 2) the heater core is not receiving enough hot coolant.

If you expect you old reliable to maintain perfect tune-up status after TWO years, you are expecting too much, it could be many small things. Do a complete inspection before changing so many parts.
Where is the water pump on a 93 dodge spirit
Why do you people not even mention WHICH engine it is?
Anyway, on 4-cyl 2.5 L it is on the right side of the engine block (as seen from the driver's position ok?, you need to remove several accesory belts, alternator and a cover and you will see it.
Transmission shifts sometimes
You ned to be absolutely sure that the transmission shop used the PROPER ATF fluid! since Chrysler needs Chrysler ATF+3 fluid to behave properly. ATF+4 is a newer fluid and can be used if ATF+3 isn't available. Plus, you need to be certain the shop really changed the whole contents of old fluid, since about 45% of it is inside the torque converter, requiring a complete FLUSHING, not only replacing the 5 quarts from the tranmission pan. That is about 9 quarts in all.

Losing oil pressure on 93 Dodge Spirit
I think I would remove the sump and check that the oil pick up has been tightened properly or someone hasn't left a bit of rag in there blocking up the strainer. Was a new gasket on the pickup used or in some cases a new right sized "o" ring. It seems like you are pulling air as well as oil into the pump.
