Therefore, it will have an Electric Cooling Fan mounted directly behind the Radiator and operated by a Thermostat in the Hose connecting the Engine to the Radiator. I had the same problem once, it turns out I had moisture inside my distributor cap, when it dries out it runs fine. I had a hose that was spraying a little mist on the cap. Also check for a cracked cap or just replace it.

open the hood, there's a reservoir at the back of the engine compartment in the area where the hinges are..

Hello thomas, next time it dies & fails to start, check to see if it's getting spark to the plugs. If no spark, the ignition module, sometimes called the pickup, could be breaking down when hot....Also a faulty ignition coil will cause the same conditions...Check the EGR, & the EGR pipe, make sure it not's clogged with carbon.... Cat converter and exhaust for excessive back pressure.

I've used a big, flat screwdriver to turn converter a few teeth at a time. Or use a breaker bar and socket on the balancer on the front of motor. Hope this helps.

your engine coolant temperature switch may be disconnected or faulty look for it in or next to the thermostat housing. and hopefully this may help you solve this problem

When the water pump is out there are a couple of tell tale signs that will let you know. The first of which, is that the pump will leak, or wobble, or sometimes both. The second sign, is that the water in the radiator will not circulate, and this can be observed by removing the cap while the car is cold, cranking the car, and then letting the engine warm up. After you have done this, you should see water/antifreeze flowing if the pump is good, if it is not, then you have a pump issue, or possibly a radiator issue.

Now you will need the services of a trans repair
shop, to try and correct all the issues, that never
needed to take place.

Check your transmission fluid level. But, sadly, the odds are high that the transmission needs rebuilding.

look for a rod with a hole drilled in it put linkakage on rod and slide it past the hole and put carter pin through the hole and ready to roll

Possible that the car needs the scheduled service that is mentioned in the manual.
Make sure this is done . Also check the timing of the firing, check the plugs, check the fuel pressure and finally check for fault in fuel.
