-The radiator fan will be kick on ONLY when the temperature reach about 190-200. Depend on the sensor that you have now. you might have a worn bearing in the drive belt tensioner, this will upset the front crankshaft sensor and put the engine into limp mode.

those have an issue with r/r abs sensor. pass side rear abs sensor that is. Nissan has tech service bulletin for this to take brakes off and backing plate and clean of all corrosion build up on the rear spindle and replace abs sensor. your car sees signal from that sensor and puts it in "fail safe" mode and that's when you loose power. i had 2004 maxima and it did the same thing until I did the procedure. I didn't replace sensor and it was fine.
