What causes melting of the ignition coils?
Multiple modules send and receive digital data along a data bus. If one of the modules shorts out, it can disrupt data flow for all modules on the bus. I'd have to look up the wiring for your car (which I'm not gonna do), but I highly doubt that the BCM is responsible for ign coil burnout. That's almost always caused by driving on worn spark plugs.
2008 maxima shut off while driving changed battery
have you had the OBD codes read ? if not do that and send codes if not able to get them yourself , as only letter and numbers , try a code reset and see if that clears the issues as can sometimes be the only thing needed
Seems to be slipping when accelerating
That may be a problem with your wheels. Go to a mechanic, or someone that specializes in car wheels (?). Tell them about this problem, and have them look at the traction. :DHope this helped! <3
Doesnt want to come out of park
hi,american car?try pedal stop switch,electric lock on shift?blcked by bad or out of time gearbox oil?condens from airco tubes?try with telling what car and what type of gearbox?
Change spark plugs
You can find them at side of engine,it is four or six,look for them look the same.Coming from cap or coils.
Car wont start.
Check the positive lead to the starter to see if it is loose. aaaaatighten it if it is loose. Check fuse to igniton, replace if necessary. Check battery cables and see if they are clean and tight to battery. If not, clean and tighten cables to battery.
