I just install a new opc belt in a xante colourlaser 1200 printer, it still say install opc belt.

You probably need to go into the menu structure and find the resets menu. It could be under machine info or maintenance. When you have found the reset menu or parts life, you should be able to reset the OPC Belt.

Xante error code 310

Hi, There maximum time we found it is a the head problem. The print head is what the cartridges sit in inside of the printer. For resolve the problem please follow these. Open the printer and wait for the carriage to slide over. Some how if its not come then Unplug the printer & Manually slide the carriage. Now Remove the ink cartridges from the print head & Use wet warm cotton swab or use alcohol to thoroughly clean the print head. Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab. After finished it make the head dry then fix it back. Now Try to print something now If that does not work then follow the next step. Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Read More... HP Printer Support

How do i fix the little black piece that broke off of the fuser exit sensor on my Xante Ilumina?

Amanda, The problem is related to the paper exit assy. Their is no problem with your fuser assy. Take a look at the exit document related to your problem. Usually that is cause when removing a paper jam, that switch flags break for pulling the paper in the back direction. You would have to replace the paper out exit swicth black actuator.

WASTE TONER BOX

A copier tech told me the other day, that if you didn't mind the toner on your a little bit, that there is a lever that you can push and move the toner box back and forth over a trash can and empty it out if you don't have another one to install. I would recommend that you do keep another one on hand especially if you print a lot. But this is a quick fix for when you aren't near a store and won't be out near one for a while. Also, if you do get toner on you, don't wipe it off blow it off or vacuum it off.

Screen Setup

Do you mean for screen printing? How many colors? You need to assign specific LPI's, angles and dot type depending what you are trying to print. Your art also might need to be set up better. Can you send link to image and print?

Non paper sense error

1. Power the unit on while holding the Menu Up + Menu Down + Help buttons, and continue to hold them until "System Maintenance" is displayed. 2. Press the Menu Down button until "Diagnostic Mode" is highlighted, and then press the Enter button. 3. Press the Menu Up button until "SWITCH SCAN" is displayed, and press the Enter button. 4. Press the Menu Up button until "REG L/R_DENS_WEIGHT" is displayed, and press the Enter button. 5. 4 Hexadecimal numbers will be displayed. Only look at the 4th number. xxx, xxx, xxx, xxx (example: 09E, 27D, 000, 12C) 6. Adjust the 4th number as close to the desired 12C as possible (acceptable range being: 10E ~ 13E) by rotating the adjustment screw (See illustration below).

How to fix a yellow sensor error

Some of the question do not have complete info. Some of you guys want help on problem you have with your ilumina but your questions are not complete with info. When you talk about color be in mine that the ilumina has 4 drums 4 ink cartridges etc. You have to tell us what is the problem related to. Thank you!

I have a xante 502 it has streaking on the top side of printing I printed each color and streaking is on each color with black the worst what part do I replace?

if you are familiar with ilumina menu search for the ID Test Pattern. Print test using 11 x 17 page. On the copy you will see which of the drums need to replace, if the copy has vertical or horizontal lines on it the drum which ever color shows it has to be replace.
