That error is image yellow drum up/down senser. Shut down your printer and reseat the drum make sure it is loose and not tight when placing it into the unit.

Here's the link to your 500 page Manual. I used the search function at the top of the Abobe Doc which it is formatted as and typed in your error.

It won't call up anything about 032 but Fatal Error recommends only "Call For Service".

Not very helpful is it?

this is a memory issue. remove the memories an dopen the printer if it open ok, close it and try putting one memoery at the time.

it's not a photographic print. even with thew best photo paper you will not have the best qualiy

check you network cable and network

What do you use, win or mac? there is no communication between pc and prnter. how is it connected? try dfferent cable. see if you hav disable printer from devices and printers in pc

check in the duplex unit

you have to choose the face up exit in driver

yellow led head. swap yellow with cyan and see if the error changes

if you have many jams in the fuser probably the roller have dry toner attached to them. print a heavy paper - 300gsm - without any color, just a small dot. see if the paper comes out of the fuser and if it;s dirty or not. repeat that until the pages com out clen - both sides. then print what you have again,

check with a different black drum

it's a problem with cyan ID. clean the cyan drurum's contact and the cointacts inside the printer where cyan drum ''sits''. if not try with a used drum.

Sorry my friend but i don't think CL30 has a service mode

it's not easy to describe it. The fuser fan cover has some screws, remove them and then remove the fan, it's a little tricky. From my experience, the new fan has small cables. What i did is to cut the cables of the old fan and attach them to the cables of the new one. My suggestion is if you don't feel confident, leave to a more experienced technician.
