registration is slightly off. I'd try re-setting the drums (take out and put in again). If you have another cyan drum, would also try that. Transfer belt would be next

That is cause the paper feeder is not working properly. It could cause the roller that feed the paper wear out or a bad tray release selenoid

Dear its your Platemaker 4 front cover open massage i think please check its right behind the front panel,its not easy to check it first removed the panel cover side cover after that formatter board,fuser assembly you can observe that its communicate with gears,found in main engine there is small lever who controlled front cover,hope you understand. thanks.

Dear when your paper tray is goes down your paper tray sensor is close printer detecting paper out,please fix your tray your printer is working normally.tray never drops little bit its fixed hope you understand. thanks

dear please find back cover and open it found big unit of printer called printer fuser assembly.removed it carefully you need one Philips screw driver,losses the two screw after that you removed screws slide it right side if you stand back of the printer,however after remove the fuser assembly you can installed it new in the Xante 4G printer when you install slide fuser to left side and alignment carefully,hope you understand. thanks.
