Dear its your Platemaker 4 front cover open massage i think please check its right behind the front panel,its not easy to check it first removed the panel cover side cover after that formatter board,fuser assembly you can observe that its communicate with gears,found in main engine there is small lever who controlled front cover,hope you understand. thanks.

Do you mean for screen printing? How many colors? You need to assign specific LPI's, angles and dot type depending what you are trying to print. Your art also might need to be set up better. Can you send link to image and print?

Darrellf674 Did yor even find a resolution to this problem? I am having a similar issue. I have ink transferring from the non image area of the plate to the blanket. I can't see the toning on the plate but I sure do see the ink on the blanket.

hi pip,
check your mac properties, if it is a PC powerchip, you may have to enable "Rosetta" in the indesign applications properties folder.
this may resolve the file print size conversion process.
Rosetta is inbuilt in mac with this type of powerchip, and when activated, works in the background..

the problem is due to the fuser not to anything else seems that the fuser do not heat up the toner enough, what i did is to run the plate twice , as blank of course . it did the trick for my press.

Not my area of expertise,but maybe a change
in ink cartridge or material is in order
