The only way to restore your phone contact is if you have previously created a backup of your contacts otherwise there is no way to restore your contacts. But if you have created a backup previously then you would just use the previously created backup to restore your contacts.
Reboot randomly
I'd suggest that you re-flash the device. This should be a hardware fault. And I advice you not to put the latest OS(4.04 I think which is very buggy for a device like xperia active with a little RAM)
My headset got wet with sweat and i think that the
try wrapping it in a towel placing it in the freezer for a few days, move it to the fridge for a day and then out in the partial sun, like a windowsill for a day or two, this will help pull out the moisture that is deep in the unit, it's worth a try. best of luck

Do you provide free unlock codes for the above fone? May I plse know what it is?
Most new Sony will ask for the unlock code when you put a sim in it wont yet accept because it is locked.
Your unlock code is :
CCK: 260704XXXXXXXXXX
NCK: 221877XXXXXXXXXX
NSCK: 40710XXXXXXXXXX
SPCK: 34120XXXXXXXXXX
The letters CCK, NCK, NSCK, SPCK indicate which code to use the different locks on your handset.
So you need to find out which lock is active on the handset ( But usually you'll only need the one marked NCK).
To do this you need to look in a secret menu on the phone
Tap the following in as if you were dialing a number to make phone a call...
*#*#7378423#*#*
A new hidden menu will appear.
Tap on service info
Tap on SIM lock
If you have [x] Network 5 - this means your phone needs the net NCK Code
If you have [x] Service provider 5 - this means your phone needs the SPCK Code

Well most phones have an option for a factory reset. Thats usually in the options or tools and settings menu of the phone. There is a possibility that the system memory is getting take up somewhere else and since the messages are the smallest data amount they are being mentioned. But I'm also not sure if older devices make that differentiation or not. Other than that, you may be able to find a replacement model online or you will have to upgrade because your phone is the point where it is just failing due to age.
