That is a job best handled by someone in watch repair. Take it in to almost any jeweler and talk to the repair person they have there to see what he would charge for taking it apart and fixing it.

I have a b&decker KD950K rotary drill and I unable to get the drill bit to tighten in the chuck

open the chuck all the way,oil it ,and close it and do that over and over.

What wires goes on Load and Line. on a clipsal rotary light dimmer

In normal house wiring, 110 vac, the black lead is considered the "hot" or line lead and the white one as the neutral. When wiring to a variable resistor, the variable lead normally goes to the load so the voltage can be changed and the other lead to the "line."
