Can you repair the finish on the screen, its all blotchy
Two things to try:
You can take the screws out of the back of the unit to get to the back of the screen. On 951XDs the outer screen is just a protective cover for the actual LCD and its typically glued onto the front cover with an adhesive.
Once you isolated the screen away from the rest of the electronics then you can clean it with "Novus 1, 2, 3 Kit Plastic Polish and Scratch Remover" (find on Amazon).
The plastic used for the cover of the 961XDs are typically alcohol resistant, the chances are that someone has used acetone instead!
Fuel driping from bottom
Sounds like the float in the carb is stuck. Take the bowl off, and check to see that the float is moving freely. Also check to see that the needle valve seat is clean - use a qtip or small wooden dowel to clean the seat.
