why have you opend you notebook up??????? mind you now you have it opend it up and that the one in the pic is the one you are talking about,.you could try taking the cmos battery out if its still got one in there lol. its the small round silver one,take it out for about 2mins then put it back, alot of laptops when you do this takes most passwords out. make sure its turnd off first, let me know how you get on.

have you try to restart the laptop?

try taken out your cmos battery some times this will get rid of passwords,its the small round battery on your motherboard.leave it out for a couple of secs then put back in.might work for you,good luck.

could be faulty charger

In Windows OS, cut & paste is commonly done with a right click of the finger pad as one would use a mouse. There are shortcut key strokes, but this always works and you'll never forget it. Control C and Control P are the short cuts.

IF you are talking about the fan inside the laptop, you cannot fix those, they are very poorly made. The good thing is that they are not hard to replace. Let me know if you need more info.

Near the power button there is a smaller button. Instead of power press this button and a menu will appear. You just have to choose BIOS Setup or Boot menu if you just want to change the boot order.

There are two troubleshooting tips for this:

• try changing the battery. Sometimes the battery can be bad, not keeping a charge long enough to allow the computer to power on.
• Try a new power cord. First thing is, there can be a short that intermittently causes the computer to show as charging, but it stops actually charging after letting go of the plug. Second, the cord is going bad and not allowing a full charge to go through.

Is the computer at full charge (or at least 90%) prior to the attempt to charge it? I know that my Lenovo is set to not charge from 90% in order to keep the battery from overcharging.
