Dear, It looks like you have humming (ac puls in the power supply) please make sure power supply is in the tv is regulated. As ussage of electrical parts used in the tv is some how week, specially capacitors in the power board. Some capacitors need replacement in the power supply board where your AC cord is connected.

Sounds like some kind of data interference or glitch. Dry caps will cause interference. By not smoothing inputting signals.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power led, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times.
