Press the MUTE button. If the audio is coming from an external source, check that the cable is corrected to this device properly. Check if sound terminal of external input is connected properly. Check if audio cables are connected properly

There are many reasons why a remote won't work. Clear path between remote and infrared on you TV equipment. Make sure remote is not in battery saving mode. Check to make sure are not dead. Make sure you have programmed the remote properly. You may have an internal problem with the remote. If all else fails contact the remote control manufacture.

I don't know what model you are talking about, but most televisions have the picture size setup through the remote. On your GPX remote go to the menu setting and select picture aspect ratio.

GPX KCL8806DT television receiver has only an analog broadcast tuner to receive digital from Time Warner you will require a converter box.

Hi, Go to the website of your satellite provider and access the remote control portion and they should have codes for the different items the remote can control. If you have problems, send me the satellite info and controller model and the tv model and I'll see if I can find the info you need. Jay

In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality. This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming.
