Hello Bernard I thought this was a car some type of GPS unit, but it is a HDMI Digital TV Tuner + Recorder. If you had it for a month, it is under warranty. What you can try is a power reset. Unplug it for 30 minutes. Press and hold the Power Button and then plug it back in, continue to hold for 12 seconds. If that doesn't work, contact them direct by PHONE for a warranty claim. Why ask the same question 4 times, once would be significant. Contact the manufacture or if you're using a universal remote find the codes online.

That means the files in your MP4 player is not at the right format.you can use a leawo mp4 video converter to deal with that problem.i have used one for a long time to convert videos to mp4 for my devices.you can have a free downlaod of it.
