Velbon Victory 451 camera tripod. Need manual please.
Question edited for full 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved from Car Audio to a better category.
My first tripod was a Velbon. When I started wedding photography, I bought a bigger one for a Bronica medium format camera.
They don't really come with manuals, as they are pretty self explanatory. You can tighten them all down and undo one knob and see what moves. Tighten that and see what happens with the next knob.
Basically though;
You have 3 knobs or clips to extend the legs for height.
You have one knob to raise and lower the central pole. Often this can be used as a monopod.
Then you have the 'Fluid Head', with three adjustments;
1. Pan, this allows the head to move left and right.
2. Tilt, this is normally controlled by turning the stalk that you hold.
3. A knob to turn the camera base Landscape or Portrait.
4. Some have drag/friction knobs and various locks.
There are empty promises of manuals in this link, but there is a video on the Velbon Fluid Head.

How do I turn the miranda 750 tripod into portrait view? If possible.
On the top section of the tripod where the camera sits there are three adjusters that unscrew to loosen and screw in to tighten. There are Two 'Twist' nuts and One longer silver and black handle.
The long handle when twisted adjusts the Up/down angle.
The twist nut that is positioned lower down controls the left/right movement.
The twist nut you are looking for is the one positioned at the highest point. When loosened it will tilt between portrait and landscape.
Sometimes if the tripod has a 'quick release' plate the camera can be accidentally mounted a quarter turn too far left or right. This means the 'portrait' adjuster can be mistaken for the Up/down adjuster.
