Photography - Answered Questions & Fixed Issues

Take the camera gear off first (just in case !). See if you can get some very fine lubricant (WD40 or similar) onto the thread of the adjuster, then using a wrench VERY CAREFULLY try to free it. If this doesn't work, then it may need a trip to a repair centre.

When purchased, the locks are set on a factory default combination that you can change as often as you wish.
  1. Turn the number dials to the previously set combination, or to "0-0-0", the factory default combination for Samsonite luggage.
  2. Locate the reset button, usually placed to the side of the combination dials.

try the common things like 000 123 987 or anything you think you set it to- it may be hard to get into it while its locked but you can also use some strong flat material to slide into it and latch the code change pin- alternatively if yo just want your stuff out then smash it. good luck
