Is the system restore point you have chosen not working? Have you tried another system restore point?

Unusual for the Keyboard not to work at all, unless the membrane connector inside has come adrift. Check this connection first. if connector is firmly connected,disconnect and inspect the contacts. They should be clean. Reconnect and retest. You may want to connect a USB external keyboard to the Computer to test this is not a software fault with windows causing this before ordering a new keyboard.
