I have a janome 6260qc, when I start to sew the machine makes a noise as if not allowing the needle to operate freely then stops and the screen says E2. If you switch the machine off and on it clears itself but does the same thing each time you go to sew.

If the symbol looks like ] [, then this isn't generally an error message. The machine is in bobbin wind mode. Move the bobbin winder spindle to the left. If the spindle is all the way to the left, then you have a problem with the bobbin winding mechanism below the bobbin winder spindle slot. The sewing machine isn't correctly getting the message of where the spindle is.
Your Needle Plate Screw Is Loose
The little screw that holds your needle plate in place can come loose and cause a knocking noise as your machine vibrates while sewing. ... Check to make sure the screw is tight. This is a more common problem if you must remove your needle plate to get to your bobbin case. https://sewingsociety.com/why-is-my-sewing-machine-making-a-knocking-noise/
then they didn't not fix the machine,, I suggest to take the machine back to them & tell them how much you don't appricate it's still doing the same thing. I've heard of this happening before.
I've had the Lo come on my screen of my sewing machine also, but normally when I turned it off it corrected the jam up.
Lo- A button is pressed when the machine halts due to a overload
wait 15 seconds to recover
if thread jamming causes the overload, remove the tangled thread
check the bobbin area for lint & loose threads
also check to see if the bobbin is warped
check you needle to see if it's bent-roll on a flat surface to see if it rolls correctly
if it's blunt it makes a popping sound when going thru fabric
let me know if these suggestions help
