Con la maquina apagada y el USB connectado, oprimes 49, prende la maquina hasta que se oyes un tono, despues de eso se ve el firmware en la pantalla. Oprimes start y comenza el firmware update. Espero que te ayuda.

Esa informacion la podras encontrar en el manual de servicio de esta copiadora, esta informacion es muy extensa, tendrias que bajar este manual de alguna pagina de soporte como de toshiba.com el nombre simplificado como la puedes encontrar es sm450 a lo mejor asi lo encuentras en un buscador como google o yahoo, suerte.
