If you are not a printer/copier technician my best advice: Don't mess with your copier. Call an authorized sevice. you might need to check electronic circuits, boards, componentes, etc.

Try initialise the HDD ( 08-690 ), is still persist, HDD might be problem.

First, make sure you have a Toshiba authorized toner. There is also a switch at the rear of the machine that does go bad, sometimes just by cleaning the cavity with a vacuum may correct the problem but ive had to replace the switch before. Not something a non tech person can do.
