MY CANON POWER SHOT SD1400 IS FELL DOWN AND IS SHOWING A LENS ERROR. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

The lens is cross threaded. Short of a trip to a camera repair shop, which would run what a new camera runs, you could try manually moving the lens out and brute force deftly applied to push the lens over to get it back on the correct threading is about all you can do.

I dropped my Canon Powershot sd1400 IS. the lens is fully out and the front extended piece is bent when i turn the camera on it keep saying "lens error will shut down immediately restart camera

Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may (or may not) correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try. Some of the later steps do involve some risk to the camera, so carefully weigh your options before deciding to conduct them: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html
Think you're going to first have to go directly to step 7 to unbend the lens barrels.

My PowerShot SD1400 IS says lens error every time I turn it on

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ... Unfortunately, many cameras that fall prey to this can only be corrected by professional repair. But, here are some things that you can do that may correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty, they're worth a try.

Canon powershot sd1400 is e32 error?

The problem is related to the mechanics in the optical image stabilization. There are 2 plastic ball bearings inside the shutter/lens module that can pop out of their round holders that are held in by 2 springs. This can occur by simply dropping the camera with the lens extended. I fixed many of these particular models and would not recommend an amateur attempt the fix as the complete lens has to be disassembled. A very poor Canon lens design.
