Your best bet, is to take out one of each crew that you need and head over to your local hardware store and purchase as many as you need for each one. Some will be sheet metal screws and others will be nuts & bolts. I would recommend that use stainless steel screws, whenever possible. While you're there, you may also want to consider buying a new cover for your grill. So that it won't rust out again.

Since your Model Vermont Castings Grill has been discontinued, screws and nuts and bolts are not considered a standard replacement item.

Since Vermont Castings has gone through 3 different ownerships in the past 10 years, the chances of finding the manual, for your discontinued model are slim and none. Having been a VC dealer up until 5 or 6 years ago, my data base is pretty complete. However, the Model 1982 Intrepid I Non-catalytic Wood Burning Stove doesn't even show up there. If the dealer you purchased you stove from is still in business & is still a VC Dealer, that would be the best place to start. As, his records would go back further than mine. But, I must caution you, many dealer like myself, dropped the Vermont Castings line, during the last part of it's Ownership, by Majestic Fireplace Corp. VC is now owned my Monessen Hearth Hearth Systems.

It isn't all that special. it is just a metric one. You can pick a set of metric allens up pretty cheap at harbor freight or any other auto parts store.

That depends on your ability and whether or not the grill co will sell you the LP conversion kit. Check with the store where you bought the grill & ask.

It could be something as simple as a triggered safety feature within the gas tank itself. These new tanks will react to the gas leaving the tank at a high flow rate causing low burner temps. To remedy: shut off gas and remove tank. Open and close all valves on the grill. Reattach the tank and SLOWLY open the valve 2 turns. Then retry. See page 13

Hi,

Usually there are no conversions for LPG - NG on BBQ units. You need to contact the manufacturer about this and then get a 'Gas Safe' engineer to carry out the conversion.

The reason for this is that LPG is a higher pressure (37mb) than NG (20mb), and stringent testing must be carried out for leaks etc.
