When using the sweep nozzle (yellow tip), the pressure starts and stops but the machine works fine when using the circluar nozzle(red)

usually when the power washer pressure stops the machine is running out of water. the sweep function uses a little more water than the round wash tip. Make sure there are no leaks in the supply hose and that the supply faucet is turned on all the way and has plenty of "flow". also make sure the water connection at the washer is not leaking. use a new rubber washer to make a good seal on the supply hose on both ends. if either end leaks or can **** air, just a little bit of air into the pressure washer will cause it to loose pressure.

Leaking oil

the washer can spit oil if it overloaded or a seal is broken. if it is only a little bit of oil, its nothing to worry about. if it is alot then you might want to start looking at new washing machines. once the gearcase runs out of oil then the washer will not work it cost over 400 to replace the gearcase so it is better to buy a new machine

Front loading washer not spinning. Tried to start

If this is the washer I think it is, it should be an easy fix.
1: Unplug washer
2: Remove bottom access panel. (Two screws on the bottom flange, you may need to prop the washer up a bit to see them)
3: Locate the Motor control unit (MCU), at the back, left hand corner.
4: There are wire harnesses going into the top of the MCU, they are protected by a plastic cover with tabs on both sides of the MCU. Pull the tabs away from the MCU and push the cover up and out of the way.
5: If you're lucky, there will be a loose wire harness that's not pressed all the way down onto the internal circuit board. Don't force it, feel around a bit to find the slot for the harness. This is an easy repair, but it can potentially be a little irritating since you can't really see what you're doing. Just use a bright work light, take your time, and watch out for sharp edges in these washers. Hopefully that's it!

Washer fills with water then stops

There are a couple of things that might cause this. One is the water level switch. The other is the lid switch.

On most washers, the lid switch only keeps the basket from spinning if you have the lid open, but on others the machine won't agitate either. So if the machine thinks the lid is up, it will just sit there.

While the machine is filling, the timer stops and waits for the level switch. If the switch isn't working properly, once the machine is full of water the timer doesn't start again. And the machine just sits there.

I would try the lid switch first as it's more likely to be the trouble. Here's a website with some good information on how to get at the parts and how to check them:

http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/washer/washer.php

These repairs are pretty simple if you're comfortable with a screwdriver and have a little mechanical ability. You can save a good bit of money over a service call if you try the repair yourself.

Good luck, and thanks for asking here. If this solution has given you what you needed, please take a moment to rate it.
