Have a Intell D865PERL getting either 6 or 7 beeps when booting, can't be sure which. System will not boot but just beep with PS2 keyboard installed but will boot with keyboard removed. BIOS is version P06, is there any diagnostic tools that I can run at boot up to check the system board?

It's likely a bad keyboard- try using either an usb keyboard or another ps2 keyboard- if it works and boots normally with a different keyboard, the issue was the bad keyboard. If not, then the ps2 port has gone bad. (you could still use usb)

My computer has a RAMDDR2 but would not start up,can u help me diagnose and troubleshoot?

First make sure you haven't installed too much memory. The computer uses DDR 2 memory but what is the maximum amount it can use. If it can only support 2mb and you have 4 installed the computer will read that as an error during boot up. Second, disconnect the Keyboard and as the computer is booting access the BIOS. disable the stop on all errors setting so it can get past not sensing the keyboard and see if that boots. If the computer boots after that the problem is a fault in your keyboard like a stuck key which will give you the constant beep. If you see the spalsh or BIOS screens then the problem is not the Video Card. If you don't get those screens double check and make sure the Video card is properly installed with nothing installed in a slot directly below it as this sometimes causes conflicts.

2. 1beep - board is working fine.

My D865PERL will not boot past the first screen that provides the model number, version, amount of RAM, and other info. It recognizes the keyboard and mouse. At the bottom of the screen it offers the option...

Any error codes?. BIOS will beep codes if it detects problems. Try removing all the periferals, incase they are screwing up the plug'N'play routines. But otherwise, I would say the MB may be toast.

On booting up, computer can not load keyboard system.

One possible problem is that your PS2 keyboard port at the back of your PC is ruined. In time, those so called "outlets" become loose specially the ones with cables which usually got pulled or tangled and make the port strained and the contacts get loose.
If that is the case, you might need to replace the keyboard port, or just stick with your usb keyboard.
